Fuel Card

The fuel card should be on the vehicle key ring.
PIN number is on the back of the card if required.
Usually a signature is all that is needed.
Please obtain a receipt.

Backup Fuel Option

If the preferred fuel sites are unavailable, you may fuel up at any Keyfuels site.

Daily Vehicle Defect Check

Daily vehicle checks must be completed before leaving the yard.

Weekly Requirement

Digital tachograph cards should be downloaded before the end of the working week.

If you are unsure how to do this, please contact Newland before leaving site.
